About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support & Deployment Specialist to support the deployment and ongoing operation of our AI-powered software products used by government and public-sector organizations.

You will help with customer deployments, technical troubleshooting, product configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support. You will work closely with customers, internal product teams, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for our software products.
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, connectivity, login, and integration issues.
• Assist with new customer deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Support cloud-based and on-premises installations.
• Review application and server logs to identify technical issues.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams on networking, firewall, DNS, SSL, and access requirements.
• Test deployments and confirm systems are ready for go-live.
• Escalate software issues to engineering with clear documentation.
• Maintain deployment checklists, support documentation, and issue-resolution notes.
• Own customer issues through resolution and follow-up.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, application support, implementation, or systems administration.
• Good understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, firewalls, ports, and SSL.
• Experience supporting web applications and APIs.
• Ability to review application and server logs.
• Basic SQL or database troubleshooting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Azure, Docker, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.
