TechForGov Hosts an Exclusive Evening with CCAP at the 2026 Spring Conference

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; March 17th, 2026TechForGov sponsored an exclusive evening event in partnership with the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) during the 2026 CCAP Spring Conference, held at the Hilton Harrisburg in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The event brought together county commissioners, municipal administrators, and local government leaders from across the Commonwealth for an evening of meaningful dialogue on the opportunities and challenges shaping local government in 2026.
Known as CCAP’s Legislative Conference, the Spring Conference convenes members in Harrisburg each year for programming of educational and professional value, with a direct focus on policy engagement and county-level advocacy. The 2026 conference drew commissioners, administrators, and strategic partners from across Pennsylvania, creating a concentrated forum for cross-sector collaboration on the priorities shaping local government today.
Bringing County Leaders Together Around Responsible Modernization
Representing TechForGov, Himanshu Goil, CEO, and Amanda Coe, Head of Growth & Strategy, joined CCAP in welcoming county officials and local government leaders to an exclusive evening setting designed to foster open, peer-driven conversation on the modernization priorities facing Pennsylvania’s counties.
Discussions throughout the evening centered on practical pathways to digital transformation – from modernizing legacy systems and strengthening cybersecurity readiness to improving procurement efficiency and responsibly adopting AI solutions that align with the governance standards and budgetary realities of local government. Attendees shared firsthand perspectives on the growing need to deliver faster, more transparent citizen services while managing lean operational resources.
By sponsoring this exclusive event, TechForGov created a dedicated space outside of the formal conference program for county leaders to connect, share challenges, and explore how responsible technology adoption can help municipalities move forward with confidence. The evening reflected TechForGov’s belief that the strongest government technology partnerships are built through trust, not just transactions.
Sponsoring this event with CCAP gave us the opportunity to do what matters most – sit alongside Pennsylvania’s county leaders and listen to the challenges they are navigating every day,” said Himanshu Goil, CEO of TechForGov. “County leaders aren’t looking for abstract technology – they are looking for trusted partners who understand how government works in practice and can help them modernize responsibly. That is exactly what TechForGov is built to do.”
TechForGov’s sponsorship at the 2026 CCAP Spring Conference reflects the company’s continued commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships with county and municipal leaders across the Mid-Atlantic region. The collaboration with CCAP underscores TechForGov’s approach to public sector partnership – grounded in trust, practical implementation, and a shared focus on better outcomes for citizens.
